  • Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to 60 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. There is a restocking fee of $10 per pair on returns. The amount will be deducted from the total refund.   • We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping on returns. For all orders placed on our site please include the return slip which is generated once you’ve completed the online return process.

    If you need to cancel your order for any reason, there is a one (1) hour window after the order is placed to cancel orders, excluding Factory Second items. Once this window has passed, you can return your order by mail.

  • Allen Edmonds ships standard ground delivery and the shipping cost is $10.00 with free shipping on purchases over $100 (after discounts and offers are applied). We also offer $50 overnight shipping
