Your order information has been transmitted to our Port Washington Studio. A confirmation email will be sent when the footwear is accepted for recrafting. If you sent multiple pairs, they will be grouped into separate orders. We’ll let you know the status as each item ships. Please review your order information and instructions on how to prepare your shoes for shipment below. If you find any problems, please contact us here.

Please follow the instructions below to prepare and send your shoes for shipment:


  • Print your Packing Slip and Commercial Invoice. 
    •  Your packing slip has been sent in a separate email / Your Commercial Invoice can be downloaded in link above.
  • Hand write any concerns or special instructions on the Packing Slip. 
  • Tuck the Packing Slip into a shoe.
  • Sign and Date Commercial Invoice. 
  • Attach the Commercial Invoice on the outside of the shipping box in close proximity to the shipping label. 
  • Use the small package carrier of your choice to ship the shoes. Make sure your order number is listed on the shipping label.

  • Please retain a copy of the tracking number to confirm your shoes have arrived in Port Washington. 
  • Approximately 3 to 5 business days after delivery our first email will be sent letting you know the recrafting process has started. 
  • Depending on the number of orders in process, most recrafts are completed in 2 to 4 weeks.
  • A shipping email with tracking will be sent when the shoes leave Port Washington.
